During the EVALUATION time, your service should be online and serve API requests as described on the Challenge page. If we have problems accessing your service, we will contact with a repository issue.
Submission Guidelines¤
The submission will be held into two stages (1) results and (2) papers.
Results¤
- Every competing team should register and submit their results using the paper template.
- Your method will be evaluated trough a service API.
- Instructions on how to register and publish your API mehod can be found on the Challenge page, subsection Evaluation/Process.
- Each competing approach needs to be registered and presented by one of the authors at the workshop (presentations can be held online). Not complying with this rule may lead to disqualification.
Paper Submission Instructions¤
In this section you will find the LaTeX template for preparing your paper for submission and subsequent publication in the CEUR-WS proceedings. Please carefully follow the instructions below when preparing your submission.
Paper length¤
The minimum length of a paper should be five pages. We distinguish between:
- Regular papers: at least 10 pages
- Short papers: between 5 and 9 pages
Template format¤
Please do not change the template to a two-column format. We will follow the single-column format provided in the current template. Also, please do not change the footer, which must remain as follows:

Camera-Ready Version¤
In this section you will find the LaTeX template for preparing your camera-ready version for publication in the CEUR-WS proceedings. Please carefully follow the instructions.
Generative AI section¤
Please do not remove the Generative AI section, even if you did not use any AI-based tool. If you used Generative AI tools, please clearly describe how they were used in the preparation of the paper. According to the CEUR-WS policy, AI tools must not be used to write the paper on behalf of the authors. However, they may be used as supporting tools, for example, for grammar checking, paragraph improvement, language polishing, or similar assistance. CEUR agreement¤
Together with the camera-ready version of your paper, you must also submit the CEUR agreement, which is attached to this message.
Please note that the agreement must be signed with a pen on paper and then scanned. Electronic signatures are not allowed.
Use the following information when filling in the agreement:
- Name of Event: Second International TEXT2SPARQL Challenge (TEXT2SPARQL‘26)
- Editors of the proceedings: Edgard Marx, Paulo Viviurka do Carmo, Marcos Gôlo, and Sebastian Tramp
